Leave nothing - Not even footprints!

There is a saying caving - "Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints....etc.." but we had a change to that... Don't leave EVEN footprints (especially when made of rubber!!) Dale's boots (see pit report) dissolved and we found out that he was leaving black footprints down the trail. Sue left her job and assumed the job of cleaning the ENTIRE trail from the ladders all the way to the pit of any rubber residue! Thanks Sue....a mark of a true cave conservationist!!
